Last Updated: May 16, 2026 · Effective Date: May 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Konvyrt LLC ("Konvyrt," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit konvyrt.com (the "Site") or interact with our services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you book a meeting through our embedded Cal.com scheduler, you provide your name, email address, and any details you choose to share. That data is processed by Cal.com on our behalf and stored in our calendar systems.
Automatically collected information. Standard server logs may capture your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited. These logs are minimal and used only for security and basic site operation.
Cookies. Our Site does not currently use first-party tracking cookies. The embedded Cal.com scheduling widget may set cookies necessary for its functionality. See Cal.com's privacy policy for details.
2. How We Use Your Information

- — To deliver the marketing services we are engaged to provide
- — To maintain the security and operation of our Site
- — To comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with:
- — Cal.com — for scheduling functionality. See cal.com/privacy.
- — Service providers — limited vendors (e.g., email hosting via Namecheap Private Email, web hosting via Vercel) bound by confidentiality.
- — Legal authorities — when required by law or to protect our rights.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- — Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- — Request correction or deletion of your personal information
- — Opt out of any future marketing communications
- — Make any other request available under applicable law (including CCPA and GDPR where they apply)
To exercise these rights, email konvyrt@konvyrt.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
5. SMS Communications
Konvyrt LLC operates an SMS lead-notification program for its contracted business clients. Under this program, Konvyrt sends transactional SMS messages to the business owner (or designated representative) of each contracted client when a new lead inquiry is captured via the client's website contact form or paid advertising lead forms.
Information we collect for SMS. When a Konvyrt client signs a service agreement, the client provides the mobile phone number to which SMS lead notifications should be sent. This number is stored only for the purpose of routing transactional lead notifications.
How we use SMS data. Phone numbers collected for the SMS lead-notification program are used solely to deliver transactional SMS messages to the contracted client. We do not use these numbers for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes.
Message frequency. Variable, typically 1–10 messages per recipient per day depending on the client's lead volume and active advertising spend.
Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Opt-out. You may opt out of receiving SMS lead notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting konvyrt@konvyrt.com.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact konvyrt@konvyrt.com.
No sharing. Konvyrt LLC does not sell, share, or transfer phone numbers collected for the SMS lead-notification program to any third party for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are stored within Konvyrt's secured SMS infrastructure (Twilio) solely for transactional message delivery.
6. Children's Privacy
Konvyrt's Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
