I'm from Corcoran, Minnesota. Moved to Duluth after high school and spent two years at Lake Superior College. Along the way I worked landscaping, food service, and pest control — actual hands-on trade work, not just the marketing of it.

The career came out of a photography elective I took to fill a credit. Bought a camera, fell in love. Took a video editing class the next semester (DaVinci Resolve) and that sealed it — I knew this was the industry.

From there I taught myself the business side. Bought a serious marketing course a year ago and sharpened it into systems: lead qualification, booking flows, ad strategy, brand identity, web design. Konvyrt is what came out of all of it — a marketing agency built specifically for home service operators, by someone who's been on the trucks and behind the camera.
